Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Kaifam Manufacturing. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)

All custom-produced items — including products with custom logos, colors, molds, or packaging — are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are manufactured specifically to your requirements.

Exception: If the products have quality defects caused by our production process, we will offer one of the following remedies at your choice:

Full or partial refund
Replacement / reshipment of defective items
Supplementary goods to compensate for the defective quantity

In quality-related cases, return shipping costs are borne by Kaifam Manufacturing.

2. In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship) Orders

For in-stock products with no customization, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Quality issues: Full refund or replacement provided. Return shipping is covered by us.
Change of mind / no-fault returns: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us within the applicable return window with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund/replacement.
