Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from Yiwu, China.
Small Batch Orders (In-Stock)
- Shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS / EMS
- Rates calculated at checkout by destination
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Bulk & Custom Orders (OEM/ODM)
- Air freight or sea freight available (sea recommended for 3 CBM+)
- Lead time: 30–35 business days after sample approval + transit time
- Buyer may arrange own freight forwarder (FOB Yiwu) or we can arrange shipping
Customs & Duties
- Export customs clearance from China: covered by Kaifam Manufacturing
- Import customs clearance at destination: buyer's responsibility (duties & taxes borne by buyer)
