Terms of Service

1. General By placing an order with Kaifam Manufacturing ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Orders & Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Kaifam Manufacturing.
For custom/OEM/ODM orders, production begins only after sample approval and receipt of the agreed deposit.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
For in-stock orders: full payment is required before shipment.
For custom orders: a deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment. Specific payment terms will be confirmed in writing for each order.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer (T/T).

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

In-stock products (no customization): MOQ 10 pcs
Custom logo/artwork: MOQ 100 pcs
Custom color: MOQ 1,000 pcs
Custom packaging: MOQ 1,000 pcs
Exclusive mold development: MOQ 6,000 pcs

5. Intellectual Property

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs submitted for customization.
Kaifam Manufacturing will not be held liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from buyer-supplied designs.
Custom molds developed exclusively for a buyer remain the property of that buyer after full tooling costs are paid.

6. Quality & Inspection

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.
Buyers are encouraged to request pre-shipment inspection or photos/videos before goods are dispatched.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kaifam Manufacturing's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the relevant arbitration authority.

9. Changes to Terms
